When you submit your bill for analysis, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your current monthly bill range (e.g., $80–$120)
  • Your number of active lines
  • An uploaded copy of your phone bill (PDF, PNG, or JPG — optional)
  • Technical metadata: your IP address and browser user agent (used for spam prevention only)

2. Why We Collect It

We collect this information solely to perform your personalized phone bill analysis and to email you the results. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you requested.

3. How Long We Keep It

Your uploaded bill file is deleted after it has been analyzed. Contact information and bill details you entered are retained so we can follow up with you about your analysis. We never sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than the service you requested.

4. What We Don't Do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your data with marketing partners or advertisers.
  • We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
  • We do not retain backups or archives of deleted submissions.
  • We do not share your uploaded bill with any wireless carrier without your explicit consent.

5. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Stored data — including your lead record and any uploaded bill — is held in encrypted storage (Vercel Postgres and Vercel Blob, both encrypted at rest). Access to stored data is limited to BillWize staff performing your analysis.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@billwizepro.com. We will delete your record and any associated file within 48 hours of your request.

7. Cookies

BillWize does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site may use essential functional cookies (e.g., session state) strictly necessary for site operation. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or analytics scripts.
